About Comms Command

Comms Command is operated by Nelia Studio as a private workspace for authorized users to plan social content and manage tasks for Nelia Studio and One More Dance. These terms apply to Comms Command, not to separate photography bookings or gallery purchases.

Authorized use

Use the workspace only with permission from Nelia Studio. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Connect only social accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Do not use the service to infringe rights, publish unlawful content, obtain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Your content and publishing choices

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize Nelia Studio and the service providers operating Comms Command to store and process that content to provide the workspace and carry out publishing actions you request. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to images, videos, music, text, and other material.

Review the account, content, date, time, and status before requesting publication. Supported Facebook and Instagram posts marked Scheduled may publish automatically at their saved Eastern times, including supported photo collections and video posts. A platform can reject a file or media combination that it does not support. Publishing immediately sends content to the selected supported accounts. Deleting an entry in Comms Command does not necessarily remove an already-published social post.

TikTok integration status

TikTok publishing is not currently connected. A draft-upload integration is under consideration, subject to TikTok approval and applicable requirements. If enabled, that workflow would require the account owner to review and complete publication in TikTok. It is not a promise of automatic TikTok publishing or approval.

Third-party services and availability

Connected platforms and infrastructure providers operate under their own terms and policies. Their permissions, limits, outages, and changes may affect the workspace. Nelia Studio does not guarantee continuous availability, platform approval, delivery at an exact time, or social-media results. Keep copies of important content and check delivery status.

Access and changes

Nelia Studio may update the workspace or restrict access to address security, misuse, or operational needs. Material changes to these terms will be identified through an updated date and communicated to authorized users where appropriate. These terms do not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
